本片聚焦于厦门逍遥自在的老一代，尽管年岁已高，但他们仍以复古的服饰、悠闲的态度和不减的青春活力潇洒生活。这些老年居民见证了厦门的兴衰，为这座城市带来了独特的魅力。影片通过街头摄影师阿布的视角，捕捉并呈现了厦门的真正本质。以关怀和尊重的态度向世界展示厦门的美不仅仅在于现代化的发展和美食，更在于与城市居民的深厚联系，他们才是厦门精神的真正体现。
A documentary about the carefree generation of Xiamen can be identified by their vintage clothing and laid-back demeanor, as well as their lively spirit despite their advanced age. These elderly residents add a unique charm to the city, having witnessed the ups and downs of Xiamen through their eyes. We follows a street photographer's perspective in capturing and sharing the true essence of Xiamen with the world. Filmed with care and respect, it shows that experiencing the true beauty of Xiamen is not just about modern advancement and food, but also about connecting with the city's residents who embody the true spirit of Xiamen.

"I'm amazed at all the things I've seen, especially from being on a small island and stepping onto such a place. It's just like everything is new to me. I'm really interested in the perspective of looking at another way of knowing Xiamen culture. We could go to a place and judge a place by its buildings, by its development, but there's also a perspective on looking at Xiamen through its lively and carefree citizens. Because they represent the true essence and the true soul of Xiamen."
