To advance Asia-Pacific cooperation, China took the initiative to shoulder the responsibility by offering to host APEC in 2026, which is welcomed by APEC members and received their endorsement at this year’s APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting.中方一贯重视亚太合作，曾于2001年和2014年主办APEC会议。2026年中方将第三次担任APEC东道主。中方愿就2026年办会事宜同各方加强沟通合作，共同落实2040年布特拉加亚愿景，推进亚太共同体和亚太自贸区建设，打造各领域务实合作成果，为亚太和世界经济增长注入新动力。China attaches great importance to Asia-Pacific cooperation and hosted APEC twice in 2001 and 2014.
