北京时间10月25日，启明创投投资企业、全球领先的自动驾驶科技公司文远知行WeRide成功登陆纳斯达克，至此文远知行成为全球通用自动驾驶第一股，也是全球Robotaxi第一股。文远知行（NASDAQ:WRD）发行价为15.5美元/ADS，市值43亿美元。

Qiming Venture Partners Celebrates WeRide's IPO on Nasdaq

On October 25th, 2024, Beijing Time, WeRide, a world-leading autonomous driving company and Qiming Venture Partners' portfolio company, began trading on Nasdaq. This marks a historic milestone as both the world's first pure-play autonomous driving company to go public and the first publicly listed Robotaxi company. WeRide (NASDAQ:WRD) offered at $15.5/ADS, representing a market cap of $4.3 billion.
