根据组委会的安排及日程调整,原定于2024年9月20-22日召开的IARCE 2024改期为2024年11月15-17日召开,会议地点不变。

机器人与控制工程国际会议



由西南交通大学、北京航空航天大学及中国体视学学会主办,西南交通大学计算机与人工智能学院承办,北京邮电大学、湖南科技大学、北京理工大学、重庆大学协办,香港机器人与自动化协会、科享学术交流中心提供技术支持的2024年第四届工业自动化、机器人与控制工程国际会议(IARCE 2024)将于2024年11月15-17日中国成都召开。

IARCE 2024旨在促进学术交流和合作,提供一个专业的平台供来自世界各地的学者和研究人员分享他们在工业自动化、机器人与控制工程领域的最新研究成果和创新。会议将邀请该领域的顶尖专家进行主题演讲,他们将对最新的研究成果和未来发展进行深入分析和讨论。

我们鼓励从事相关技术研究的专家学者积极投稿,分享您们在该领域内的最新研究成果和创新。无论是理论研究、技术开发还是应用案例,我们都热枕欢迎您投稿参会!

Prof. Dezhong Yao

University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China

AIMBE Fellow








Bio: Dezhong Yao received PhDs from Chengdu University of Technology (1991) and Aalborg University (2005). He became a faculty member with University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(UESTC)since 1993, a full professor since 1995. He won the NSFC ‘Outstanding Youth Research Found’ in 2005, selected as Yangtze River Scholar Professor in 2006. He innovated the REST technique for zero EEG reference at infinity, and proposed the concept of ‘Brain-Apparatus Communication’ (BAC) to integrate brain-computer interaction and brain-internal organ interaction. He set up the School of Life Science and Technology at UESTC in 2001. He has cultivated 50+ PhD,published 6 books including “The Physics and Mathematics of Electroencephalogram(CRC Press, 2024)” , 200+ journal papers with Google scholar citation>19000, hosted 20+ conferences including 20th IOP (2021), presented 100+ talks. He is the Fellow of American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE), the winner of the Roy John Award of the EEG and Clinical Neuroscience Society, the chief-editor of the BAC journal. He is the chairman of the Chinese EEG Consortium, the previous vice-chairman of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering.


Prof. Honghai Liu

Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen, China

Bio: Honghai Liu (Fellow, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in intelligent robotics from Kings College London, London, U.K., in 2003. He is a Professor with the Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), Shenzhen, China. He is also a Professor of human machine systems with the University of Portsmouth, Portsmouth, U.K. His research interests include intelligent sensing and understanding, machine learning, intelligent robotics, and their applications with an emphasis on approaches that could make contribution to the intelligent connection of perception to action using contextual information. Prof. Liu is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology. He is an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics.


Prof. Badong Chen

Xi'an Jiaotong University, China








Bio: Badong Chen received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in control theory and engineering from Chongqing University, in 1997 and 2003, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science and technology from Tsinghua University in 2008. He was a Postdoctoral Researcher with Tsinghua University from 2008 to 2010, and a Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Florida Computational NeuroEngineering Laboratory (CNEL) during the period October, 2010 to September, 2012. In 2015, he visited the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) as a visiting research scientist. He also served as a senior research fellow with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2017. Currently he is a professor at the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (IAIR), Xi’an Jiaotong University. His research interests are in signal processing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, neural engineering and robotics. He has published 6 books, 5 chapters, and over 300 papers in various journals and conference proceedings. Dr. Chen is an IEEE Senior Member and serves (or has served) as a Technical Committee Member of IEEE SPS Machine Learning for Signal Processing (MLSP), and a Technical Committee Member of IEEE CIS Cognitive and Developmental Systems (CDS), and an Associate Editor (or Editor Board Member) for several international journals including  IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology (TCSVT), IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems (TNNLS), IEEE Transactions on Cognitive and Developmental Systems (TCDS), Neural Networks, Journal of The Franklin Institute, and Entropy.


Prof. Xingming Zhao

Fudan University, China








Bio: Prof Zhao is the Winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Distinguished Professor at Fudan University, Dual-appointed professor at Sun Yat-sen Hospital, Deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Computational Neuroscience and Brain-inspired Intelligence of the Ministry of Education. Shanghai Young Science and Technology Star and Shanghai Pujiang Talent Program Selectee, IEEE Senior Member, Deputy Director of the Artificial Life and Bioinformatics Committee of the China Artificial Intelligence Society, Standing Member of the Bioinformatics Committee of the China Computer Society, Shanghai Computer Director of the Society's Bioinformatics Committee and ACM SIGBio China Vice Chair, etc. He has published more than 130 SCI papers in internationally renowned journals such as Nature, Cell Metabolism, IEEE TPAMI, Nature Communications, Genome Medicine, and Nucleic Acids Research. It has undertaken many projects including the National Key R&D Plan and the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

2022年第二届工业自动化、机器人与控制工程国际会议(IARCE 2022)已于2022年6月10-12日在线召开。

IARCE 2022所有被录用且已注册的文章已成功出版至 IARCE 2022 Conference Proceedings, 并被 EI Compendex 进行检索。
