中国融捷将扩大甲基卡锂辉石矿的产能
Chinese Youngy to expand capacity at Jiajika spodumene mine
Kallanish（开阑商务信息咨询）Power Materials获悉，在深圳上市的中国制造商融捷宣布了在四川省甘孜州甲基卡锂辉石矿的扩建计划。
Shenzhen-listed Chinese manufacturer Youngy announced an expansion plan at the Jiajika spodumene mine in Ganzi prefecture, China’s Sichuan province, Kallanish Power Materials learns.
该公司称，其全资子公司甘孜州融达锂业有限公司与甘孜州康定市地方政府签署了原矿运输合作协议，内容涉及矿物加工外包。
It said its wholly-owned subsidiary Rongda Lithium (Ganzi) signed a raw ore transportation cooperation agreement with the local government of Kangding City, Ganzi Province on mineral processing outsourcing.
根据有效期为两年的协议，融捷将在原矿区建设一个矿物加工能力扩建项目。扩建规模为增加35万吨/年矿物加工能力。
According to the agreement which is valid for two years, Roungy will contruct a mineral processing capacity expansion project at the original mine site. The scale of the expansion is to add 350,000 tonnes/year of mineral processing capacity.
融达锂业可以将从该矿区开采的原矿进行外包选矿，每年运出的原矿数量不得超过协议中约定的数量。Kallanish仍在等待该公司就商定的外包数量做出答复。
Rongda Lithium is allowed to outsource the beneficiation of raw ores mined from the site, and the amount of raw ore shipped out each year shall not exceed the amount agreed in the agreement. Kallanish is still waiting for the company's response on the agreed outsourcing amount.
如果双方在条款上没有分歧，协议有可能进一步延长。
Further extension of the agreement is likely to occur of the two parties have no disagreements on the terms.
融捷表示：“该协议的签署符合公司锂产业的战略发展目标，有利于进一步扩大矿山产量，提高矿山经济效益。有利于实现公司产能与资源的有效匹配，增强产业链上下游的协同效应，进一步提高公司主营业务的盈利能力。”
"The signing of this agreement is in line with the company's lithium industry's strategic development goals, which is conducive to further expanding mine output and improving mine economic benefits, Youngy comments. "It helps to achieve the effective matching of the company's production capacity and resources, enhance the synergy of upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and further improve the profitability of the company's main business."
此次交易涉及的矿山是甲基卡134矿。融捷拥有该矿的全部开采权。其锂矿石的平均品位约为1.42%，相当于约100万吨碳酸锂储量。该公司目前的矿石开采能力为105万吨/年，矿石加工和选矿能力为45万吨/年。目前的生产能力完全利用时，锂精矿产量约为每年7万至8万吨。
The mine this deal is involved is the Jiajika134 mine. Youngy has the entire mining rights. The average grade of its lithium ore is about 1.42%, which is equivalent to about 1 million t of lithium carbonate reserves. The company currently has an ore mining capacity of 1.05m t/y and an ore processing and beneficiation capacity of 450,000 t/y. When the current production capacity is fully utilised, the lithium concentrate output is approximately 70,000-80,000 t/y.
