A24 is looking for a part-time intern to support the Business & Legal Affairs team！
Basic Information
Location:
This is an in-person internship at the NY office.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an ABA accredited law school (preference will be given to 2Ls and 3Ls)
Available part-time during the school semester to work out of A24's office in New York City
Strong interest in entertainment law
Highly detail-oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and summarizing entertainment and corporate contracts
Maintaining the legal department's knowledge management resources
Researching legal questions related to film and tv projects and ancillary issues
Assisting with special projects
Working Duration:
This position requires in-office availability 2-3 days per week, up to 24 hours weekly, from January to April 2025.
