2024年11月11日，位于越南北宁省安丰县（Xã Đông Tiến và Xã Tam Giang, Huyện Yên Phong, Tỉnh Băc Ninh, Việt Nam）的越南拓邦举行了盛大开业典礼，宣布越南工厂正式进入试产阶段，能为汽车、安防、医疗、电气、数码电子及办公设备行业的全球客户，提供更加敏捷、高效且就近的交付服务。

东莞拓邦螺丝有限公司董事长姚文轩先生在开业致词中表示，拓邦螺丝自1993年成立以来，以专业提供精密紧固件产品，长期服务全球客户31年。在这过程中，拓邦螺丝培养起了一个优质的团队，积累了一批行业顶尖的客户群体和供应商伙伴，产品畅销全球24个国家和地区。
在服务全球市场的过程中，拓邦螺丝的客户群体在2008年左右78%为日系企业，17%为欧美企业。随着拓邦螺丝的产能不断扩充，业务量不断增长，日系、欧美和中资企业的客户群体与销售规模也不断扩大，目前日系客户占拓邦的业务量为40%，欧美客户的业务量为35%，中资企业客户的业务量为25%。
目前东莞拓邦螺丝有限公司拥有15000平方米专业厂房，生产M0.6~M18系列精密螺丝。 产品主要执行JIS、GB、DIN、ANSI标准，以及客户专用订制产品。客户群体涵盖了飞利浦、泰科、莫仕、施耐德、松下、富士、兄弟、舜宇、歌尔等全球知名企业。
随着近些年来世界全球化进程加速，拓邦螺丝在深入融入中国制造的同时，也应客户全球化的布局需求，拓邦螺丝开始寻求以中国制造的优势，以及全球市场的资源特点，进行有针对性的产业全球化进化升级。
在拓邦螺丝团队深入拜访了全球各地的客户和供应商，并对各地工业园区的进行深入调研后，拓邦螺丝团队根据客户和供应商的全球化布局与建议，选定了越南北宁安丰工业园，作为拓邦螺丝中国制造全球化的第一站，预计首批引进60条专业精密紧固件生产线，在越南设立专业生产基地。
拓邦螺丝总经理任震宇先生也在开业典礼上表示，11月11日是拓邦的成立好日子，“四个一”代表了拓邦一直以来坚持的“一流质量、一流管理、一流效率、一流服务”精神。
经过一年多的紧张筹备，在面对错综复杂的法律政策环境、稀缺的本地供应商资源等系列困难的情况下，拓邦加强与全球供应链的协同合作、优化内部管理与资源配置，在客户、供应商、工业园区等多方伙伴与朋友的大力协助下，拓邦团队成功地将挑战转化为推动项目前行的机遇，最终完成了越南工厂的建设计划。

The grand opening of TOBON Vietnam officially embarked on a global journey

On November 11, 2024, TOBON Vietnam, located in An Phong District, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam, held a grand opening ceremony to announce that the Vietnam plant has officially entered the trial production stage, which will provide more agile, efficient and nearby delivery services to global customers in the automotive, security, medical, electrical, digital electronics and office equipment industries.

Mr. Yao Wenxuan, Chairman of Dongguan TOBON Screw Co., Ltd., said in his opening speech that since its establishment in 1993, TOBON Screw has been providing precision fastener products professionally and serving global customers for 31 years. In this process, TOBON Screw has cultivated a high-quality team, accumulated a number of top customer groups and supplier partners in the industry, and its products sell well in 24 countries and regions around the world.
In the process of serving the global market, 78% of TOBON's customers in 2008 were Japanese companies and 17% were European and American companies. With the continuous expansion of the production capacity of TOBON screws, the business volume continues to grow, the customer base and sales scale of Japanese, European and American and Chinese-funded enterprises are also expanding, at present, Japanese customers account for 40% of TOBON's business volume, European and American customers have 35% of the business volume, and the business volume of Chinese-funded enterprise customers is 25%.
At present, Dongguan TOBON Screw Co., Ltd. has a professional workshop of 15,000 square meters to produce M0.6~M18 series precision screws. The products mainly implement JIS, GB, DIN, ANSI standards, as well as customer-specific customized products. The customer base covers Philips, Tyco, Molex, Schneider, Panasonic, Fujifilm, Brother, Sunny, Goertek and other world-renowned enterprises.
With the acceleration of the globalization process of the world in recent years, TOBON Screw is deeply integrated into Made in China at the same time, and also in response to the needs of customers for global layout, TOBON Screw began to seek the advantages of Made in China, as well as the resource characteristics of the global market, to carry out targeted industrial globalization evolution and upgrading.
After the TOBON screw team visited customers and suppliers around the world in depth and conducted in-depth research on industrial parks around the world, the TOBON screw team selected An Phong Industrial Park in Bac Ninh, Vietnam according to the global layout and suggestions of customers and suppliers, as the first stop of TOBON Screw China's manufacturing globalization, and is expected to introduce the first batch of 60 professional precision fastener production lines and set up a professional production base in Vietnam.
Mr. Ren Zhenyu, general manager of TOBON Screw, also said at the opening ceremony that November 11 is a good day for the establishment of TOBON, and the "four ones" represent the spirit of "first-class quality, first-class management, first-class efficiency and first-class service" that TOBON has always adhered to.
After more than a year of intense preparation, in the face of a series of difficulties such as the complex legal and policy environment and the scarcity of local supplier resources, TOBON strengthened the collaboration with the global supply chain, optimized internal management and resource allocation, and with the strong assistance of customers, suppliers, industrial parks and other partners and friends, the TOBON team successfully turned the challenge into an opportunity to promote the project forward, and finally completed the construction plan of the factory in Vietnam.
