陆金学先后到葵阳镇四新社区综合养老服务中心、文化广场、一站式服务大厅等，实地察看养老机构的基础设施、功能配置、服务保障等情况，并与社区干部群众面对面交流，了解相关工作情况，听取大家的意见建议。
陆金学对四新社区养老服务工作所取得的成绩表示充分肯定，他强调，农村养老服务工作是关系农村老年人幸福生活的重要民生工程，全县各社区（村）要补齐农村养老服务设施短板，提升服务功能，着力构建以居家为基础、社区为依托、机构为支撑、医养相结合的智慧养老服务体系，进一步推进“智慧”与“养老”相结合，更好地满足老年人群体持续增长的优质养老服务需求。要加大医保征缴宣传力度，提高群众参保意识，确保医保政策惠及千家万户。同时要立足实际，因地制宜，发挥资源优势，大力发展地方特色产业，增加群众收入，助力乡村振兴；要加强农村基础设施建设，改善人居环境，提升公共服务水平，努力打造和美宜居的乡村环境，不断提升人民群众获得感、幸福感、安全感。
