胡晓犁，男，汉族，中共党员，现任第十四届全国人大常委会委员、副秘书长，全国人大外事委员会委员。
曾任全国人大常委会办公厅外事局副局长，全国人大常委会办公厅外事局党支部书记、局长。
2018年12月，第十三届全国人民代表大会常务委员会副秘书长。
2023年3月，第十四届全国人大常委会委员、副秘书长（连任），全国人大外事委员会委员。
Hu Xiaoli, Male, Han ethnicity, Member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He is currently a Member and Deputy Secretary-General of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC), and a Member of the NPC Foreign Affairs Committee.He previously served as Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee, and as Party Branch Secretary and Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee.In December 2018, he was appointed Deputy Secretary-General of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress.In March 2023, he assumed his current roles as Member and Deputy Secretary-General of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress and Member of the NPC Foreign Affairs Committee.
