在市场竞争愈发激烈的今天,通过多种渠道开展广告宣传等营销活动无疑是企业提升品牌、产品知名度,促进销量增长的重要途径之一。但与此同时,近年来针对违法广告、虚假宣传的行政处罚案例也不断增多:市场营销方面的合规漏洞不仅可能使企业的营销方案无法实现预期效果,甚至还可能对品牌的形象和美誉度造成负面影响。本次研讨会将着眼于最新的法律法规和行政执法实践,结合软文软广、直播等新型营销模式的特点,通过案例分析和实务经验分享给企业在中国市场的营销活动提供合规指引。


Course Introduction

Nowadays, with the increasingly fierce competition in the market, companies see marketing activities such as advertising and promotion through various channels as one of the important ways to enhancing the asareness of their brand and products, so as to achieve growth in sales. But in the meanwhile, administrative penalties towards illegal advertising and false promotion have been increasing: compliance loopholes in marketing activities may not only prevent companies from realizing the expected marketing results, but may even negatively affect the image and reputation of their brands. This seminar will focus on statutory development and the latest enforcement practices. With introduction the characteristics of new marketing modes such as soft-text advertising and livesstreaming, we will provide compliance guidelines for companies’ marketing activities in the Chinese market through case studies and practical experience sharing.
