Monica Hakimi is the William S. Beinecke Professor of Law at Columbia Law School in New York, U.S.A., and the co-editor-in-chief of the American Journal of International law.
讲座简介
INTRODUCTION
As is now well established, the international legal and political order is undergoing a process of dramatic change. This lecture will explain how the old order has been constituted with U.S. power, and why the two are also in decline together, focusing in particular on what has been the unsurpassed U.S. military power. The lecture will open for discussion the questions of what the future of international law, with a less dominant United States, might or should be.
