李四一在半导体设备清淤泥（中英）

李四一一大早就接到了来自半导体厂客户的电话，电话里面说李四一他们家的设备报警了，李四一听了电话赶忙把东西收拾好，往fab里面赶，早饭匆匆在厂门口买了几串烤面筋吃。

李四一一到fab穿好无尘服穿过风淋室走过长廊来到机台边，在电脑上搜寻报警信息，好在客户帮忙截图了，靠着时间戳很快就找到了报警关键信息，报警说是温度有问题，李四一就想到了chiller,便在机台上搜寻chiller的相关报错，果然发现了有问题，李四一便到sub-fab去看chiller,在chiller上面看到PCW流量温度都有问题，李四一打电话问EE,你们fab是停水了吗？

EE说找厂务确认一下，李四一在等待的间隙，看了一下chiller上面的透明水位柱，成黄色的，上面还漂浮着很多脏东西状的细颗粒。

李四一把Chiller的进水阀和出水阀门关了，让客户帮忙找点东西来放水看看，客户找了个大桶和几个塑料袋，李四一拿着工具便开始准备Drain 水了，一看吓一跳，放出来的水和鱼塘底的淤泥似的，黑色的黄色的，还有砂石，难怪流量有问题，李四一问客户，你们厂的PCW是直接从厂旁边的排污池抽过来用的吗？

客户把厂务叫了过来，厂务也傻眼了，说是再调查调查。李四一的工作还得继续，他开始戴上好几层手套掏淤泥，还好chiller进机台前有好几层filter,处理下面就行了，手动处理完之后，李四一接了UPW过来，开始内部管道冲洗，李四一让客户去仓库把filter拿过来，换上了。但是机台这会儿还是不能开，需要他们把厂务段管道清理干净再开阀门了。

经过fab厂的一个礼拜大检查，PCW总算是干净了，据说现在的水质可以直接当水喝，李四一说我可不敢喝。在怀着紧张的情绪下把PCW阀门打开了，一看透明水位器，果然很干净，结果李四一往上走，来到主机台边上，发现机台有个主要部件开不起来了，李四一试着重新开关电，没用。

李四一只好告知客户需要订个零件换上，客户问你们怎么不早点定！

李四一只好说，chiller PCW 有问题开不起来的，也不知道啊！

就不能提前准备吗！？

李四一回去定零件了，经过两天的物流，零件总算到了，经过一天一夜的更换工作+recovery test ,机台总算是起来了，李四一也能好好休息一阵了吧……

Li Siyi took the tools and began to prepare to drain the water. He was shocked to see that the drained water looked like the silt at the bottom of the fish pond, black, yellow, and with sand and gravel. No wonder there was a problem with the flow. Li Siyi asked the customer, is the PCW of your factory directly drawn from the sewage pool next to the factory? The customer called the factory affairs department over, and the factory affairs department was also dumbfounded and said that they would investigate further. Li Siyi's work had to continue. He began to put on several layers of gloves to remove the silt. Fortunately, there were several layers of filters before the chiller entered the machine, so he just had to deal with the bottom. After the manual processing, Li Siyi took the UPW and started to flush the internal pipeline. Li Siyi asked the customer to go to the warehouse to get the filter and replace it. However, the machine could not be turned on at this time, and they needed to clean the pipeline in the factory affairs section before opening the valve. After a week of inspection at the fab factory, the PCW was finally clean. It is said that the water quality can be directly used as water for drinking. Li Siyi said that he dared not drink it. With a nervous mood, he opened the PCW valve and looked at the transparent water level gauge. It was indeed very clean. As a result, Li Siyi walked up to the main machine and found that a major component of the machine could not be turned on. Li Siyi tried to turn the power on and off again, but it didn't work. Li Siyi had to tell the customer that he needed to order a part to replace it. The customer asked why you didn't order it earlier! Li Siyi had to say that the chiller PCW had a problem and couldn't be turned on. I don't know! Can't you prepare in advance! ? Li Siyi went back to order the parts. After two days of logistics, the parts finally arrived. After a day and night of replacement work + recovery test, the machine was finally turned on. Li Siyi can also have a good rest for a while...
