PAC是防渗碳系列中的主打产品。是一款可用于气体渗碳、碳氮共渗的水基防渗涂料。
PAC is the main product of carburizing. PAC is water based stop-off for gas carburizing and carbo-nitriding.

PAC does not contain any organic solvents.Water is its only solvent. Once water has completely evaporated, the coated component is ready to enter the case-hardening furnace.
如有需要，可手工去除干燥涂层
If necessary, once dried, PAC can be manually removed.
干燥后的涂层不返潮、不吸湿
The dried protection is non-hygroscopic
使用/USE
PAC可用于所有种类的碳钢和碳氮化钢（最大防渗深度为1.5mm）
PAC is used for the protection of all kinds of carburizing and carbo-nitriding steel to the maximum depths of 1.5mm.
使用前，充分摇晃搅拌PAC（由于储存原因底部可能产生积淀）
Before use, shake and amalgamate the paste well(it might present a slight deposit at the bottom due to storage).
使用方法/APPLICATION
PAC可通过刷涂、喷涂、浸蘸使用
PAC can be applied by brush, immersion or spraying
PAC在需要完全清洁、无油、无氧化物、干燥的表面，也能有不错的防渗效果
Even if the parts to be coated should preferably be clean, degreased, non-oxidated and dry, PAC gives satisfactory results on not perfectly clean surfaces.
注：在过于潮湿油腻的表面，PAC可能会滑动
Note: on very greasy or very wet surfaces PAC tends to run before drying.
刷涂：将PAC搅拌后用刷子薄涂一层于防渗区域（如果因不当的储存方式导致液体过于黏稠，可加入少量的清水稀释）
BRUSH APPLICATION: Spread a thin layer of PAC as it is ready to use(dilute with water only if the product appears too viscous due to drying which might result following imperfect storage).
为免留下刷痕，不可使用硬（钢）刷
Do not use a stiff brush in order to avoid streaking.
防渗区域须涂覆0.2/0.5mm的均匀涂层
The surface of the part to be protected must be coated with a uniform layer about 0.2/0.5mm thick.
浸蘸：将防渗区域浸入持续搅拌的PAC中（建议加入2%的水进行稀释）
IMMERSION: Simply dip the part into the compound, which should be mixed in continuation. In order to reduce viscosity a 2% dilution with water is advised.
喷涂：加水稀释至合适的浓度。建议使用1-2mm的喷嘴
SPRAYING: Dilute the product until the correct viscosity is obtained. Use a nozzle of 1-2mm in diameter.
干燥/DRYING
正常情况下，工件干燥需要30分钟。建议热处理前干燥2小时
Under normal circumstances drying takes 30 minutes for handling of the components, whilst a drying time of 2 hours is advised prior to treatment.
作为水基产品，干燥受两个条件影响：环境温度和空气的相对湿度
Being a water-based product, drying depends on two climate factors: environment temperature and the relative humidity of the air.
热处理前去除保护性化合物/STRIPPING OF THE PROTECTIVE COMPOUND BEFORE HEAT TREATMENT
PAC可以简单的从错误的防渗区域去除，干燥的涂层可通过刮刀或刀片机械去除。
PAC can easily be removed from erroneously coated areas, the dried coating can be removed mechanically by using a scraper or razor blade.
如果需要将图层完全从工件表面去除，可以将该区域整个浸入水中，PAC将会以薄膜的 形式脱落。
If the compound must be entirely removed from the whole surface, this can be done by completely dipping the part into water, PAC will peel off in the form of a thin membrane.
干燥后的防渗保护层不再是水溶的，需要有机溶剂溶解。
After drying the protection is not water soluble any more; organic solvents will be required for dissolution.
热处理后清除表面残留/REMOVAL OF RESIDUES OF HEAT TREATMENT
回火后残留在表面的残留物可通过静态洗涤去除，更好的方式是通过碱性清洗液或温水 冲洗去除。
PAC residues left on surfaces after tempering can be removed by static washing, or better, by spraying with an alkaline detergent.
PAC不溶于淬火油或盐水中，微溶于水，同时，残留物不会污染介质。若底部有残留， 可以通过定期清理设备去除。
Neither being soluble in oil, nor in tempering salts, and being only slightly soluble in water, the residues do not pollute these baths, but deposit on the bottom from where they can removed during periodic cleaning of the plants.
自动回火材料保护/PROTECTION OF AUTOTEMPERING MATERIALS
将PAC用于这种材料，可以防止由于气氛控制失衡而导致的渗碳和脱碳。
Using PAC with this type of materials, both undesired carburizing as well as decarburizing due to possible loss of balance of the controlled atmosphere are prevented.
安全性/SAFETY
PAC对人体无害。根据CEE分类，PAC不属于危险品。
The PAC components are not harmful to individuals handling them. They are not designated as dangerous according to the CEE classifications.
存储/STORAGE
PAC储存条件为+5°C (40° F) ~ +35°C (95°F)；不能在冷冻条件下储存。
PAC must be stored at temperatures between +5°C (40° F) and +35°C (95°F) and cannot with-stand freezing conditions.
包装/PACKAGING
PAC为2罐每盒，5KG/罐。如有需要，可提供30KG装。常规包装均为塑料包装，封口处 有垫圈密封。
PAC is normally supplied in boxes containing two tins of 5 Kg each. On request, 30Kg bins are available. Both tins as well as bins are in plastic with lids hermetically sealed with gaskets.
