在目前日益复杂化的经济环境变化形势下，企业劳动用工纠纷也日趋多样化和复杂化。为帮助企业更好地了解劳动用工中法律和税务问题，直面企业用工风险，进而做到风险防范，提升经营管理水平，劭合律师事务所和太仓德国中心共同组织举办本次讲座，讲座将由劭合律师事务所的劳动法和税法律师分享企业用工中常见的法律和税务问题，帮助企业更全面地了解用工中的法律和税务风险。
In the increasingly complex economic environment, corporate employment disputes are also becoming more diverse and complicated. To assist companies in better understanding legal and tax issues related to employment, directly addressing labor-related risks, and implementing effective risk prevention strategies, Shaohe Law Firm and German Centre Taicang co-organize together this seminar, which will be conducted by labor law and tax lawyers from Shaohe Law Firm. QIN Anqi/Partner
秦安琪于2011年通过国家司法考试，拥有南京大学法学学士和法律硕士学位。安琪于2013年开始即以执业律师身份专门从事涉劳动法的咨询、诉讼事务，迄今已有10年经验。她于2017年加入劭合律师事务所。
秦安琪为企业提供日常的劳动法律咨询，比如参与集体合同谈判、起草《员工手册》、《劳动合同》等法律文书、帮助企业建立特殊工时制度等。她也专注于处理劳动争议问题，如解除员工劳动关系、集体谈判、劳动仲裁、诉讼等方面。曾代表生产制造型企业参与员工的集体谈判以及大规模裁员；参与并主导多家跨国公司员工违反竞业禁止义务、贿赂调查并成功向员工索赔；代表公司处理停工停产期间的员工群体性诉讼并达成和解；参与企业搬迁过程中的员工安置方案制定以及实施等。
QIN Anqi has a bachelor and a master degree in law of Nanjing University and passed PRC national judicial examination in 2011. She has been practicing as an attorney since 2013, specializing in employment & labor law related consultancy and arbitration & litigation. She joined Shaohe Law Firm in 2017.
Ms. QIN provides labor law advice to enterprises supporting their daily operation, including but not limited to negotiation on collective contracts, drafting legal documents such as employee handbooks and labor contracts, and helping enterprises establish special working hours systems, etc. Furthermore, she is an experienced professional lawyer in handling labor disputes, such as termination of labor relations, collective bargaining, representing clients in labor arbitration & litigation procedures, etc. She has participated in collective negotiations and mass termination of employees on behalf of manufacturing enterprises, participated in and led several investigations for multinational companies on employees’ violation of non-competition or anti-bribery obligations, and successfully reclaimed embezzled money from said employees. She has also represented clients in settling collective labor disputes properly during its business suspension period, and has supported clients in designing and implementing employee arrangement plans in their relocation processes.

ZHU Qin/Senior Associate
朱琴拥有会计学学位。她于2010年通过国家司法考试，2012年获得同济大学法律硕士学位。朱琴在一家德国税务咨询集团上海子公司工作5年，担任高级税务顾问，2017年加入劭合律师事务所。
朱琴律师拥有为跨国公司及国内外企业和个人提供税务服务的丰富经验，服务范围涵盖非居民企业税务咨询和筹划、企业并购及业务重组税务咨询，税收优惠待遇申请、税务尽职调查，转让定价安排、税务稽查应对、企业税务迁移、个人税收筹划和汇算清缴等。
Zhu Qin holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting and a Master's degree in law from Tongji University. Before becoming a lawyer in Shaohe, Ms. Zhu worked for five years in a German tax consulting firm and gained rich experience in providing tax consulting services.
She has frequently participated in and led the tax structures of M&A projects, advised and assisted clients in the application of preferential tax treatment in various transaction models, assisted clients in responding to general anti-avoidance enquiries in cross-border transactions, provided tax planning to individuals, assisted clients in responding to queries from tax authorities regarding fraudulent invoices, assisted clients in taking administrative re-examination or dispute measures against unreasonable tax treatment.
Ms. Zhu has also been responsible for investigating financial and tax matters in the context of several white-collar criminal cases of corporate self-examination.
