沙县小吃的流行是一种全国性现象，一个城市的身份已经与其小吃文化联系在一起。沙县小吃以其快捷和便宜而闻名，现在全国有超过88,000家小吃。他们的菜单种类繁多，为食客提供了实惠快捷的选择。然而，在这种现象的发源地沙县小吃的故乡，情况是否也是如此？答案就在沙县。快来看看镇上三家最古老的餐馆的老板的生活——庙门扁肉、李记小吃和佳兰烧麦。
Shaxian Snacks is a national phenomenon wherein the identity of a city has become tied to its snack culture. Best known for its quick and cheap eats, there are now over 88,000 Shaxian Snacks all over the country. Their menus are varied and offer an affordable and quick option for diners. However, are things the same way in the hometown of Shaxian Snacks, where this phenomenon originated? The answer lies within the city of Shaxian. Come see a snapshot into the lives of the owners of the three oldest restaurants in town – Miao Men Bian Rou (Temple's Gate Shaxian Dumplings), Li Ji Snacks, and Jia Lan Shaomai.

大开眼界是我的关键词之一
It's a very new experience I've never gone to anywhere near this region, so I've seen a lot, made a lot of new friends. So it's been a delightful experience. I think the biggest change for me was that I had only seen pictures of fujian on like social media and I've only seen like the really busy streets through videos or through stories and so being able to experience that has been a really interesting experience.
这是一种全新的体验，我从未来过福建，所以我看到了很多，也交了很多新朋友，这是一次愉快的经历。我认为对我来说最大的变化是，我只在社交媒体上看到过福建的照片，通过视频或故事见过非常繁忙的街道，所以能在这里体验真是一次非常有趣的经历。

我的关键词是柳暗花明
感觉遇到了很多困难，比如一开始还没确定采访对象，但是通过跟不同的人去交涉、去沟通最后还是很顺利地进行。因为我从小就在沙县长大，也是吃着沙县小吃长大的。在这次主题中我看到了美味，我就想到了沙县小吃，这也是一个非常好的机会，自己家乡的东西能让更多人知道。
