Juungar welcomes busy winter with robust production, sales
As winter sets in, businesses in Juungar Banner are entering their peak production and sales season. Companies run production lines at full capacity, working around the clock to meet demand and accelerate output. What was once a quiet "lazy season" has become a bustling "busy season".
Inner Mongolia Guojihua Food Technology Development Co recently marked its first peak season since starting operations. The company's workshop produces a steady stream of drinks, from sea buckthorn juice to apple juice. These beverages, made from locally sourced wild sea buckthorn and mountain apples, undergo a fresh-pressing process and have quickly become best sellers in the market.
"Our drinks have been on the market for nearly a year and have been well-received by consumers, especially our sea buckthorn beverage," said Zhang Jianxun, deputy general manager of the company. "As winter approaches, we're working overtime to meet demand, with each shift producing around 30,000 bags of sea buckthorn and apple drinks."
Since November, the company has increased staffing levels and ramped up equipment maintenance to ensure smooth production during this busy season.
Inner Mongolia Plateau Almond Dew Co has also entered its annual sales surge. The company's fully automated production lines are running at full throttle, accelerating the production of almond drinks, almond coffee, and midget crabapple juice for markets nationwide.
"As the busy season approaches, we've put in significant work to organize raw materials, source packaging supplies, and prepare for production," said Liu Zhanxian, chairman of Inner Mongolia Plateau Almond Dew Co. "Our peak sales period runs from November to February. With sales on the rise this year, we've invested nearly 2 million yuan ($275,957.28) in technical upgrades, increasing production capacity by about 15 percent."
At Inner Mongolia Yujing Technology Co's workshop, high-quality special glass production lines operate around the clock, supplying products to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and provinces and cities surrounding Inner Mongolia. Meanwhile, Inner Mongolia Tiansheng New Technology Co's photovoltaic module production lines are at full capacity to meet growing demand in the new energy photovoltaic sector.
Other companies, such as Inner Mongolia Yuhua New Technology Materials Co in the inorganic non-metal sector and Inner Mongolia Jiutai New Materials Technology Co in the energy and chemicals industry, also work at full speed. Their dedication to fulfilling orders and meeting market needs drives the fast-paced winter production cycle as they push forward to succeed in their respective industries.
