入學資料準備
Information required for enrollment
入學申請表：Application Form
父母身份證件：Parents' Identification Documents
外籍學生提供：學生护照（如有，須在有效期內）：Student Passport (within valid date)
港澳台籍學生提供：學生台胞证、港澳身份证、回鄉證等身份证件（需在有效期內）：Student Identification Documents (within valid date)
白底彩色一寸照片3张：3 one-inch colored photos on a white background
入學體檢報告：Medical check report (Grade A hospital) ☆ 三甲醫院，常规入學體檢
學生特定疾病信息表（如學生入學手冊信息表內有勾選，请提供以下詳細資料）：Student Specific Disease Information Table
·藥物及食物过敏申明（三甲醫院開具）：Declaration of drug and Food allergy (issued by Grade A hospital)
·既往病史及用藥說明（病例或醫生證明）：Previous medical conditions and medication instructions (case or doctor's certificate)
學生信息公開使用協定：Agreement on the Public Use of Student Information
家長/監護人責任申明：Student Parent/Guardian Responsibility Statement
原學校成績單（學校蓋章）：Original school transcript with the school stamp
*注：新生未提交/部分未提交的可在報到時間在1樓科創室交給班主任；老生、已提交全部註冊資料的新生無需再提交。
*Note: New students who have not submitted or partially submitted their documents can submit them to their class teacher at the DT Room on the first floor during registration hours; returning students and new students who have already submitted all registration materials do not need to submit again.
物品準備清單
Necessities
1、學習用品 School supplies:
常規學習用品 (筆 、尺 、圓規、 筆記本等)
Regular study items (pens, rulers,compasses, notebooks,etc.)
2、衣物 Clothing：
校服 School uniform
自用可外穿衣服
Clothes can be worn outside for self-use
鞋子（运动鞋、黑色皮鞋）、襪子
Sneaker,Black leather shoes，socks
3、日常生活用品 Necessities：
水桶、臉盆 Buckets、washbasins
毛巾、浴巾 Towels、bath towels
刷牙杯、牙刷、牙膏
Brush cups、 toothbrushes、toothpaste
喝水杯 Cup
晾衣架 Drying rack for clothing
紙巾（抽紙、小包紙巾、捲紙等)
paper towel (Drawers, small packets
of tissues, rolls, etc.)
口罩
mask (surgical etc)
4、洗漱用品 Washing supplies：
沐浴露、洗髮水
Body soap, shampoo
洗手液 Hand sanitizer
洗衣液 Laundry detergent
電子設備管理
Management of Electronic Equipment
手機不允許攜帶入校，平板、電腦等其他電子產品具體使用和管理條例將按學科需求由班主任另行通知。
Cell phones are not allowed to be brought into school, and the specific usage and management regulations for other electronic devices such as tablets and computers will be further notified by the homeroom teacher according to the needs of different subjects.
