内啡肽有什么用?


内啡肽是一种由我们人体内的中枢神经系统和脑垂体产生的内源性阿片类物质,通常在身体感到疼痛和压力时释放


当我们运动、享受美食感受到爱的时刻,身体也会释放内啡肽,因此常被称为“快乐激素”。


内啡肽能够缓解疼痛减轻压力和焦虑增强快感,除此之外,内啡肽还有助提升运动表现调节食欲



内啡肽有助减肥?


如果你有情绪性进食的问题,压力一大就想通过吃高热量食物来缓解的话,那增加内啡肽水平或许可以成为一种更好的替代策略。


研究表明,内啡肽对食欲有调节作用,而运动可以增加内啡肽的释放,不仅可以控制这种情绪进食的冲动,还有助于维持健康的体重管理。
