崔校長蒞臨ZWIS指導工作
9月13日，中黃教育集團董事、榮譽總校長、中華國際文憑協會創會會長崔建社先生到訪廣州市中黃港澳子弟學校，全面指導學校教學工作，與學校各學部的老師與學生進行了細緻的溝通。
廣州市中黃港澳子弟學校學校校長翟培琦博士、副校長楊利霞女士攜全體行政管理層熱情接待，爲提升學校辦學質量進行了深入的研討。
On 13th September, Mr Jason Cui, Honorary General Principal of ZWIE and the Founding President of China International Diploma Association, visited ZWIS to provide comprehensive guidance to the teaching work of the school and to communicate with the teachers and students of the school's various departments in a detailed manner, and was warmly received by the principal of ZWIS, Dr. Peggy Zhai, and the vice-principal, Ms. Teresa Yang, together with the entire ZWIS administration and management team to enhance the quality of school operation and conduct an in-depth discussion. In-depth discussions were held to improve the quality of school operation.

崔建社總校長首先與學校全體行政人員進行了親切會面，並與各學部協調員一一對話，詳細瞭解了小初高各學部的日常管理、教學規劃、工作部署及未來發展方向，就如何進一步優化各學部的管理機制、提升教育質量、如何將國家課程與國際課程融合提出了寶貴的意見和建議。
General Principal Cui firstly had a cordial meeting with all the administrative staff of the school and talked with the coordinators of each school division one by one. He had a detailed understanding of the day-to-day management, teaching planning, work deployment and future development direction of the Primary, Junior and Senior High School and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on how to further optimise the management mechanism of the divisions, enhance the quality of education, and how to integrate the national curriculum with the international curriculum.

隨後，崔校長一行與各年級學生代表進行了面對面的溝通，耐心聽取了學生們對學校教學、生活等方面的反饋，並就學生代表提出的問題進行了細緻解答和深入交流。多位學生代表表示中黃開放包容的環境讓他們非常喜歡。
“不同於以前學校的打壓式教育，ZWIS的老師都非常關心我們，願意傾聽我們的想法，鼓勵我們勇敢嘗試。”崔校長非常欣慰看到學生們在學校的培養下能夠積極敞開心扉，“開開心心做自己”。
他表示，“一花一世界，每個人都是獨立的個體，要勇敢地去表達並專注自我提升，學會學習、做人、做事，這恰恰也是我們IB課程十大培養目標的精華。”期間，學生們還積極地採訪了崔校長，針對語言學習、學生管理條例等問題向崔校長請教，展現了中黃學子良好的精神風貌和積極向上的學習態度。
Afterwards, Principal Cui and his team had a face-to-face communication with student representatives of all grades, patiently listened to their feedbacks on school teaching, life and other aspects, and had detailed answers and in-depth exchanges on the questions raised by the student representatives. A number of student representatives said that they liked the open and inclusive environment of ZWIS very much, ‘Unlike the oppressive education in the previous school, the teachers of ZWIS are very concerned about us, willing to listen to our ideas and encourage us to be brave to try.’ Mr Cui was very pleased to see that the students were able to open their hearts and minds under the school's cultivation, and that they could ‘be themselves with an open heart’. He said, ‘A flower is a world, and everyone is an independent entity. This is precisely the essence of the ten goals of the IB programme.’ In the meantime, the students also actively interviewed Principal Cui, asking him for advice on language learning and student management regulations, demonstrating the good spirit and positive learning attitude of the students.

採訪後，崔建社總校長親自巡視了校園環境，並走入小學、初中、高中各個學部的課堂，與師生進行了親切互動。他鼓勵教師們繼續創新教學方法，激發學生學習興趣，同時勉勵學生們珍惜時光，勤奮學習，爲將來的發展打下堅實的基礎。
特別值得一提的是，崔校長還特別爲DSE G12明德班的學生們送上了鼓舞人心的寄語，他強調，DSE考試是學生們人生中的重要一關，希望同學們能夠充滿信心，勇敢衝刺，以優異的成績回報自己和家人的期望。
After the interview, Principal Cui inspected the campus environment and walked into the classrooms of primary, middle and high schools, interacting with teachers and students. He encouraged teachers to continue to innovate their teaching methods and stimulate students' interest in learning, while at the same time encouraging students to treasure their time, study hard and lay a solid foundation for their future development.
It is worth mentioning that Principal Cui also sent an inspiring message to the students of DSE G12 Mingde class, he emphasised that the DSE examination is an important hurdle in the students' life, and hoped that the students can be full of confidence, bravely sprint, and return their own and their family's expectations with excellent results.

最後，崔建社總校長還與學校的新老師們及各項目協調員分別進行了深入交流，瞭解他們在工作中的困惑和需求，並給予了積極的指導和支持。他鼓勵新老師們未來在教學工作中充分發揮自身優勢，專注教學教育質量的提升，爲學校發展貢獻自己的力量。
他同時提出，作為協調員，應該以學生為中心，關注學生的感受，專注提升教育教學質量，打造一所高質量IB學校。
Finally, General Principal Cui had in-depth exchanges with the school's new teachers and coordinators of various projects, to understand their confusion and needs in the work, and gave positive guidance and support. He encouraged the new teachers to give full play to their strengths in teaching in the future, focusing on improving the quality of teaching and education, and contributing to the development of the school. He also suggested that as a co-ordinator, they should be student-centred and concerned about the feelings of students, focusing on improving the quality of education and teaching to create a high quality IB school.

此次崔建社總校長的蒞臨指導，不僅爲廣州市中黃港澳子弟學校的教學工作注入了新的活力和動力，也爲學校的未來發展指明瞭方向。學校將以此爲契機，繼續深化教育教學改革，努力提升教學質量和辦學水平，爲培養更多具有國際視野和競爭力的優秀人才而不懈奮鬥。
The visit of our General Principal was not only for the ZWIS’s teaching work injected new vitality and momentum, but also for the future development of the school to point out the direction. The school will continue to deepen the reform of education and teaching, and endeavour to improve the quality of teaching and the level of schooling according to his advice, in order to cultivate more outstanding talents with international vision and competitiveness and unremitting efforts.
