陆金学通过现场察看和听取汇报，详细了解兴业县环城公路项目建设进展情况，仔细询问项目推进中存在的困难和问题，并现场办公研究解决攻坚期难点堵点问题。
他要求，各相关部门及项目建设单位必须提高政治站位，坚持系统建设、统筹推进，强化协作配合，倒排工期、挂图作战、科学施工，保质保量、加速推进各项建设工程。要加强统筹协调，紧盯节点、科学调度，抓紧解决土地、征地拆迁问题，确保按序时进度分段有序建成通车，加速构建环城快速通道。要严把工程质量关、安全关，规范施工标准，落实安全措施，努力把每条道路建成优质工程、放心工程，进一步提升我县交通出行品质，让群众的获得感成色更足、幸福感更可持续。同时，要严格落实安全生产主体责任，各司其职、各负其责，认真执行安全生产制度措施，确保安全施工。
