groups for the remaining semi-final slots.

(9).Tournament Format:
1.Number of Teams: Six teams
2.Match Format: All matches will be
doubles.
3.Competition Stages:
•Group Stage: Determine the 1st to 3rd
places in each group. Group winners advance directly to the semi-finals. Second
and third-placed teams will play across groups to fill the remaining semi-final
spots.
•Match Rules:
•All matches except finals will use a
4-game no-ad format. At 3-3, a tie breaker (first to 7 points) will be played.
If 6-6 occurs in the tiebreaker, a“
golden point” will be played, with the receiver choosing the side.
•Finals will use a 6-game no-ad format. At
5-5, a tiebreaker (first to 7 points) will be played. If 6-6 occurs, a“ golden
point”will decide the winner.
4.Gender-Based Scoring Adjustments (point
handicaps):
•Men’s doubles vs. mixed doubles: 1-point
advantage for mixed team during women's
service games; 1-point advantage for mixed team during tie- breaker
•Men’s doubles vs. women’s doubles: 1-point
advantage per game for the women’s team; 2-point advantage for women's team
during tie-breaker
•Mixed doubles vs. women’s doubles: 1-point
advantage for the women’s team during male service games; 1-point advantage for
women's team d uring tie-breaker
•The decision on point handicaps is open to
negotiation between the captains before the match starts.
5.Match Lineups: Teams must submit their
lineup 15 minutes before each
match.
6.Line-calling: Line-calling will rely on
players’ on court honesty and sportsmanship.
7.Rules: Unless specified otherwise, the
tournament follows the China Tennis Association’s official rules.
(10).Registration Requirements:
1.TeamRegistration:
•Team entries must confirm player
eligibility and banquet attendance in a dvance.
•Each company can enter only one team, with
an official team name.
•Players must not have participated in ITF,
ATP, or WTA professional events.
2.Player Requirements:
•Players must be in good health and
enthusiastic about tennis.
3.Team Composition:
•Each team must consist of at least five
players, with up to two substitutes (gender unrestricted).
•A captain may also act as a player.
•Player substitutions are only allowed
before each match starts, as confi rmed by both captains.
4.Player Injuries or Absence:
•Injured or absent players will result in
forfeiture.
(11).Draw:
•The draw will be conducted on-site by
raffle tickets
(12).Tournament Officials:
•Supervisors and referees will be appointed
by the organizing committee.
•All matches's line-calling will rely on a
trust-based system.
(13).Additional Rules:
1.Eligibility Review:
•The organizing committee reserves the
right to review and disqualify any ineligible participants.
2.Photography and Media:
•Participants agree to allow the organizing
committee to photograph and publish their images or names for free during the
event.
3.Complaints and Discipline:
•Complaints must be submitted with evidence
and a RMB 500 deposit t hree days before the event.
•False complaints will result in forfeiting
the deposit.
•Any complaints made during the event will
not be accepted.
•Complaints disrupting the event may result
in disqualification.
4.Insurance:
•Participants must cover their own
expenses, including transportation, meals, and insurance.
•The host must provide a qualified medical professional on-site to handl e injuries.
5.Attire:
•Players must wear appropriate tennis
attire. Clothing with large logos or non-tennis attire is not permitted.
(14).Interpretation Rights: The organizing committee
reserves the right to interpret and amend these regulations.
Participation Consent Form
I voluntarily participate in the 2024
German Centre company Cup Tennis Challenge and acknowledge the following:
1.I will follow the event arrangements and
take full responsibility for any consequences resulting from my personal
actions or undisclosed health issues.
2.I confirm my health condition is suitable
for participation.
3.I accept emergency medical treatment
provided on-site, but any hospital
-related expenses will be my
responsibility.
4.I agree to allow the organizing committee to photograph, film, and use my name and likeness
during the event without requiring further approval.
