下楼集合

开始5公里晨跑

We get up at 6:00 a.m.

Assemble downstairs

For a 5-kilometer morning run

回来后洗漱吃饭

继续操法训练

Upon returning, we wash up and have a quick breakfast

Before getting back to our rigorous training

一到饭点

吃饭这事又变的没点了

When it's time for lunch or dinner

We don’t even have time for it

爱情可以晚到

It's an iron rule that we must be prepared to exit the garage with the fire engine in 60 seconds

Love may arrive tardily

But our response, never

但惭愧的是

有些事我们一直没做到

Yet, we bear the weight of unfulfilled tasks

Acknowledging our limitations

但有些战场

我们一定会赶到

Nevertheless, in the face of adversity

We will definitely be there
