The entire penthouse, covering an area of approximately 350 square meters, occupies an entire floor and is cleverly divided into two different living spaces. One space provides a private living environment for the family, while the other is a well-equipped guest apartment that can meet the needs of daily family life and conveniently host guests. Both areas adopt an open layout, and different functional areas are cleverly divided through carefully placed elements, which not only maintains the fluidity of the space, but also ensures that each area has a clear functional positioning.

The huge floor-to-ceiling windows are a highlight of the interior design. They extend from the floor to the ceiling, not only allowing ample natural light to pour into the room without obstruction, but also perfectly integrating the beauty of the interior and the outdoors. Whether it is the magnificent view of the East River, the dazzling skyline of Manhattan, or the lush greenery of the terrace, they have all become part of the interior decoration. No matter where the residents are, they seem to be in a dynamic painting. When the windows are fully opened, the indoor and outdoor terraces are seamlessly connected, extending the comfortable indoor atmosphere to the outdoors and making the entire space more open.

In the kitchen, Vipp's custom-made kitchen combines a stylish black appearance with a natural oak core. The steel countertop adds a refined modern feel, and the folding cabinet door design saves space and provides a variety of uses. The skylight in the corridor introduces a lot of natural light into the narrow space, making the entire interior appear more open and transparent.

In the living room, a built-in fireplace surrounded by elegant Carrara marble exudes luxury. A hidden door leads to a private TV lounge, a design that maintains the simplicity and tranquility of the overall space. A large bookcase between the living room and kitchen-dining area is ingenious. The perforated steel back allows natural light to filter through, not only maintaining the continuity between the spaces, but also distinguishing the functions of different areas, while becoming an ideal place to display the family's treasured items. In the bedroom of the family suite, the wooden bed frame headboard extends all the way to the ceiling to form a warm and private corner, and its back also functions as a wardrobe, reflecting the perfect fusion of function and style. The use of natural wood echoes the natural environment outside, blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, and injecting a sense of warmth and tranquility into the modern design.

In the bathroom, large gray stone slabs create a calm, modern aesthetic, which is further enhanced by silver fixtures, which contrasts with the warm tones of the bedroom and highlights the layering of the space. The use of soft curtains introduces a tactile element to the entire space, while coordinating with other interior decorations and casting beautiful light and shadow effects indoors when the sun shines through.

The minimalist style of the bed frame echoes the main apartment, and the large windows bring in plenty of natural light, making the space bright and comfortable. The private terrace next to the bed provides a quiet and private space, while the small desk hidden behind the wall provides guests with a convenient office area. The bathroom at the end of the corridor is convenient to use. Every detail reflects the pursuit of comfort and beauty.
