Intern at the Israeli Economic Mission to BeijingIsrael Embassy, Chaoyang District, Beijinginsurance, public transportation, internship certificateOur main objective is to facilitate and enhance economic and trade relationships between China & Israel by assisting Israeli companies to enter or expand into the local market. This is carried out by reviewing relevant trade policy & regulation proposed or published by the Chinese government and analyzing its possible effects on trade between the two countries as well as support the market entry activities.We focus on promoting bilateral trade, investments and technology cooperation between Israel and China, and assists Israeli companies in doing business in the Chinese market.We are looking for an intern who is eager to learn and broaden his/her knowledge and expertise in the field of international business, trade policy & regulation. You will have the opportunity to interact and work closely with Trade and Policy Director get involved with preparing trade policy reports, join webinar, etc.As part of your internship, you will be responsible for running the social media accounts and website, working alongside Trade and Policy Director on industry related research, publications and projects, management of the office’s database.• On the Job training in international trade & policy• Hands-on business development work• Business networks development in China and in Israel• Ability to complete a 6 months program;• Available to work at least 20 hours per week;• Familiar with Chinese social media and data resources;• Full control of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Power Point;• Graphic design experience is an advantage, but not mandatory;• Ability to multitask in a fast paced and intense work environment;• Fluent English and Mandarin (oral and written);• Good communication and interpersonal skills;• Pro-activeness, ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.• Assist in collecting information and writing market researches;• Monitor policy and regulation changes per different industrial sectors and draft reports;• Advertise events, business opportunities and economic information using social media, blogs and other platforms;• Collect audience feedbacks on publications;• Translate relevant documents between English and Chinese;• Manage social media accounts.Application deadline: Rolling basisStarting time: immediate, pending the recruitment procedures.Interested applicant may send your CV to Liang.Sun@israeltrade.gov.il
