Tuition fees payment methods for International students
How to pay?
You can pay your tuition and accommodation fees in a number of ways:
1、International students overseas Fee Payment Platform
Online Payment is the university’s preferred method of payment for freshmen.
Use the following steps to complete tuition payment.
Account login
1)Scan the QR code or use your mobile browser to access the link: HTTP://sis.wmu.edu.cn/.
2)Scroll down and click "New Student Payment Portal"On the payment login page, click "Pay fees", fill in your personal information(Student No.: student ID; Name: last name), then click “Query”
Payment inquiry
Upon successful login, you will be able to view the current payment items associated with your account. Once you have reviewed the items and their respective amounts, click on "Settlement".
* 1. The payment amount can be modified accordingly by clicking on the display.
2. Prior to making a payment, ensure that your personal information is accurate by clicking on "More Details".
Payment confirmation
• On the confirmation page, click on ‘Confirm pay’.
• On the next page, only click on ‘Pay’ after carefully
reviewing the payment details and the payment method. (‘IcbcFpay’ is used and is selected by default).
• You will be directed to the official payment page where you can securely complete the transaction by entering your bank card details.
2、International Bank Transfer
Bank Transfer is an alternative method of payment for freshmen .
If you wish to pay by direct bank transfer or online banking, payments should be sent to WMU’s bank account as shown below
IMPORTANT- You must quote your name and student ID as a reference when making any payment.

Please Note:
The tuition fees remitted to the above-mentioned US dollar account in the current month shall be settled according to the intermediate us dollar conversion rate of the Bank of China on the last day at the end of last month.
3、Pay by Wechat or Alipay
Pay by Wechat or Alipay are the university’s preferred method of payment for junior and senior students.

② Click“允许”(allow) or “确认授权”（confirm authorization），and then the following screen will appear：
③ Enter your student ID number，click“查询账单” (query bill) ，and then the following screen will appear：
④Click“去支付” (to pay)，and then the following screen will appear：
⑤ Click the payment method“＞”，and then the following screen will appear：
⑥Select your preferred payment method（or any bank card）from the options given——enter your WeChat（or Alipay） Payment Password—— then your payment will be successful.
Please note：Transaction hours:6:00-22:00(EVERYDAY)
4、Pay by Bank Card or Cash
Payments can be made by bank Card (Should be issued with “Union Pay”) or Cash by WMU Financial Office.
Please note:
Financial office Venue: NO.124, Administration Building, Chashan Campus, WMU
Opening hours: Monday--Friday : 08:00-11:30; 13:30-16:30
Cash: Only Accept RMB Currency.
Regarding invoice/receipt:
After successful payment, the University will generate electronic invoices, and the School of International Studies will notify the students to print their individual tuition invoices.
