对每个企业来说,劳动合同都是人力资源管理最基础的文件之一,也是企业对员工进行劳动管理的重要依据。一旦出现劳动争议,劳动合同条款的设计将对仲裁、诉讼结果产生直接影响。为防患于未然,企业有必要定期回顾、检查适用的劳动合同模板以及实践中的劳动合同管理。本次研讨会将从劳动合同的类型和内容着手,通过案例分析和经验分享,帮助企业识别、规避劳动合同草拟、修订及续签过程中常见的法律风险。

Course Introduction
For each company, labor contract always belongs to the most basic HR management documents, which also serves as an important basis for company’s labor management towards employees. In the event of a labor dispute, the design of terms in the labor contract will have a direct impact on the outcome of arbitration and litigation. In order to nip the problems in the bud, it is necessary for companies to regularly review and check the applicable labor contract templates as well as their daily labor contract management. During this seminar, through case study and experience sharing, we will focus on the types and contents of labor contract, and help companies to identify and avoid legal risks that frequently arising in practice in the process of preparing, modifying and renewing labor contracts.
