天津百利二通机械有限公司（原天津市第二通用机械厂），中国通用机械工业协会阀门分会会员单位，中国阀门标准化委员会委员单位，中国阀门电动装置技术标准起草单位，国家级高新技术企业，“专精特新”、“杀手锏”产品企业。公司1980年注册“天二通TET”商标，天津市著名商标，天津市名牌产品。
天津百利二通机械有限公司始建于1955年，1964年开始阀门电动装置的研制，1965年生产出国产第一台阀门电动装置，1967年生产出国产第一台防爆型阀门电动装置。1981年引进美国里米托克（Limitorque）国际先进技术。世界最大多回转阀门电动装置SMC-5（转矩27000N.m）生产商。
