III. Software Installation
1. Download software: Visit https://121.37.244.92 to download a client for your operating system.
2. Install the software:
· Open the downloaded software and click "Continue."
· Follow the prompts to continue the installation and keep the default options.
IV. Connecting
1. Select the connection point:
· Northern China (Beijing) – IP address: 114.116.238.138
Suggested provinces: Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Beijing, Shanxi, Shandong, Jiangsu, Hebei, Henan, Tianjin, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang.
· Southern China (Guangzhou) – IP address: 121.37.244.92
Suggested provinces: Xinjiang, Tibet, Sichuan, Yunnan, Chongqing, Guizhou, Hubei, Hunan, Anhui, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan.
Select the appropriate connection point according to your province.
2. Connecting：
· Enter the appropriate IP address in the client and click "Connect".
· Enter your PolyU NetID and NetPassword and click "Login".

· Session length: Maximum connection time is 24 hours; connection idle timeout is 1 hour.
