Editor's Note:
In ancient times, the Huanghe River flowed through Xuzhou, but later changed course and flowed north, leaving behind an old Huanghe River in Xuzhou's old town on the south bank. The Huanglou Tower, an important building built by Su Shi during his time in Xuzhou, is a testament to Xuzhou's history and Su Shi culture. Running along the old course of the Huanghe River allows you to experience the path walked by Su Shi with your own feet.
