The highly anticipated new Chinese Company Law has just been officially implemented on July 1, 2024. This new company law introduces substantial changes, amending and revising over a quarter of the previous company law. It is the most comprehensive revision since the Chinese Company Law was first enacted in 1993, bringing significant updates to the regulations concerning capital requirements, corporate governance, directors‘ and supervisors‘ liabilities, and the procedures for company dissolution.
万众瞩目的新《公司法》刚刚于2024年7月1日正式施行，新公司法较之前公司法实际增减、修改超过四分之一，是《公司法》自1993年首次颁布以来最为全面的修订，在公司资本制度、公司治理制度、董监高责任、注销流程等规定方面均有重大更新。

He holds an MBA and has nearly 10 years of experience in legal, human resources, and administrative roles in large foreign enterprises in the manufacturing sector.
