ZWIS學子入圍紅色宣講員大賽決賽
喜訊！近日，由廣州市退役軍人事務局、共青團廣州市委員會及少先隊廣州市工作委員會聯合主辦，廣州起義烈士陵園承辦的“崇尚·傳承 紅色故事我來講”第四屆紅色宣講員大賽傳來喜訊。廣州市中黃港澳子弟學校G9年級（中三）羅盟睿同學，在衆多參賽者中脫穎而出，成功入圍總決賽！
Exciting News! Recently, the "Honoring and Inheriting: Telling Red Stories" 4th Annual Red Storytelling Competition, jointly organized by the Guangzhou Municipal Veterans Affairs Bureau, Guangzhou Communist Youth League Committee, and Guangzhou Municipal Working Committee of the Young Pioneers, and hosted by the Guangzhou Uprising Martyrs Cemetery, brought us great news. Luo Mengrui, a Grade 9 student from ZWIS, stood out among many participants and successfully advanced to the finals!

據悉，本次大賽自2024年7月啓動以來，吸引了全市超過150所學校的近300名選手積極參與，廣州市中黃港澳子弟學校學子羅盟睿同學憑藉其深刻的主題理解、生動的講述方式以及真摯的愛國主義情感表達脫穎而出。
It is learnt that since its launch in July 2024, the competition has attracted nearly 300 contestants from more than 150 schools in the city to actively participate, and Luo Mengrui from ZWIS stood out with his profound understanding of the theme, lively way of presentation and sincere expression of patriotism.

G9 羅盟睿同學
“作為一名香港學子，這次獲獎我感到非常榮幸，對於講述紅色故事我並不陌生，此前，我也曾擔任央視紅色宣講員，‘紅色宣講員’本身意義在意去講述革命先輩的故事，學習革命歷史，傳承革命精神，這樣的比賽讓我更加了解祖國歷史長河中那些革命先輩的偉大，也更加深刻地認識到當和國家的偉大，同時，我覺得這也鍛煉了我上台演講的能力。”
對於即將參加的決賽，羅同學稍稍透露了一下演講內容，“接下來我會講述葉劍英元帥的故事，希望我的演講能帶給大家力量。”
‘As a Hong Kong student, I feel very honoured to win this award. Before this,I have previously worked as a CCTV red speaker. I think the meaning of ‘red speaker’ itself is to tell the stories of the revolutionary ancestors, to learn the history of the revolution, and to pass on the spirit of the revolution, and this competition has helped me to understand more about the greatness of those revolutionary ancestors in the long history of our motherland, and to understand the greatness of our country, and at the same time, I think it has also honed my ability to speak on stage.’ Regarding the upcoming final, Luo slightly revealed the content of his speech, ‘Next I will tell the story of Marshal Ye Jianying, I hope my speech can bring the his spirit to everyone.’

Patriotism is always the most simple feeling of us as Chinese children. The outstanding performance of Luo Mingrui not only reflects his personal talent and effort, but also a vivid portrayal of the school's commitment to cultivating the patriotic spirit of young people. We are sincerely happy for the excellent results achieved by Luo Mingrui, and look forward to the finals to continue to play well, with more exciting stories and more full of enthusiasm, infecting every audience, inheriting the red gene, and add colour to our school!
