8月25日,中黃港澳子弟學校學子們踏上了一場非凡的研學之旅,他們此行聚焦於舉世矚目的港珠澳大橋——一項不僅物理上緊密聯結了粵港澳大灣區的壯麗工程,更在技術創新、環境保護、經濟發展乃至社會科學等多個維度上實現了飛躍與突破的超級傑作。


此次研學從港珠澳大橋建造出發,涉及橋樑建築學、海洋生態學、經濟學等,是一場跨學科探究的生動實踐,引領學生們深入探索現代工程奇蹟背後的奧祕,激發對未來無限可能的憧憬與追求。


On 25 August, the students of ZWIS embarked on an extraordinary study trip, focusing on the world-renowned Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZM Bridge) - a magnificent project that not only physically links the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, but also realises breakthroughs in technological innovation, environmental protection, economic development and even social science. The study tour was a lively practice of interdisciplinary investigation, which led them to explore the mysteries behind the modern engineering miracle, and inspired them to look forward to and pursue the infinite possibilities of the future.

理論創想,多維視角解讀工程奇蹟

港珠澳大橋包含哪幾部分?使用了哪些創新技術?橋樑爲什麼是“彎橋”而不是“直橋”?大橋建造過程中,遇到了什麼樣的難題?工程師們是怎麼解決這些難題的?大橋建造區域生存的中華白海豚是怎麼生存的?橋樑開通後,又給粵港澳大灣區帶來哪些變化……帶著問題,同學們進入了課堂。

登船第一步,老師向大家介紹了海上安全注意事項,如圖,老師正在指導學生進行海上救生衣穿著示範。


登船後的第一步,ZWIS學子們跟隨老師,率先了解了海上逃生知識及港珠澳大橋的發展歷史,從開工、建造到完工,學生們不僅聽取了大橋建設的技術細節,如橋樑設計中的中國文化元素、海底隧道的精密施工、人工島的生態友好設計,還從經濟學角度探討了大橋對區域經濟一體化的推動作用,並從環境科學視角分析了大橋建設中的生態保護措施。原來港珠澳大橋之所以是曲線形而非直線型,是出於力學角度考量,讓水流通過引導減少對橋樑造成的傷害……

這種跨學科的教學方式,讓學生們在掌握專業知識的同時,學會了從不同維度審視和理解複雜問題,並瞭解到港珠澳大橋建設的社會意義。


學生學習理論知識

What are the components of the HZM Bridge? What innovative technologies are used? Why is the bridge ‘curved’ rather than ‘straight’? What kind of difficulties were encountered during the construction of the bridge? How did the engineers solve these problems? How did the Chinese White Dolphins survive in the area where the bridge was built? What changes have been brought to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area after the opening of the bridge...With all these questions, students enter the classroom.

Teachers instruct students on how to put on water life jackets


As the first step after boarding the vessel, ZWIS students followed the teacher and took the lead in understanding the knowledge of sea escape and the development history of the HZM Bridge. From the commencement of the construction to its completion, students not only listened to the technical details of the bridge, including the Chinese cultural elements in the design of the bridge, the precision construction of the undersea tunnel, but also explored the economics and analyzed the ecological protection measures in the construction. HZM Bridge in promoting regional economic integration is also explored from the perspective of economics, and the ecological protection measures in the construction of the Bridge are analysed from the perspective of environmental science. For instance, the reason why the HZMB is curved instead of straight is due to the mechanical consideration of allowing the water to flow through the guides to reduce the damage to the bridge. ......

This interdisciplinary teaching approach enables students to acquire professional knowledge while learning to examine and understand complex issues from different perspectives, as well as the social significance of the construction of the Bridge.

實地觀察橋樑

理論課程結束後,老師帶領學生到達甲板上參觀,併爲同學們講解橋樑知識,面對盤踞在海洋上宏偉的橋樑奇跡,學生們心中的愛國情懷油然而生,爲祖國能建設如何龐大的工程感到自豪。


當遊輪緩緩靠近港珠澳大橋,在甲板上,學生們運用所學知識,對橋樑結構進行細緻觀察,同時結合環境科學原理,思考大橋建設對周邊海域生態系統的影響。這種將理論知識與實地觀察相結合的方式,極大地提升了學習的深度和廣度。


After the theory course, the teacher led the students to visit the deck and explained the knowledge of the bridge to them. Facing the magnificent bridge perched on the ocean, the students felt patriotic in their hearts and felt proud of their country for being able to build such a huge project. 


When the cruise ship slowly approaching the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, on the deck, the students use the knowledge they have learnt to observe the bridge structure in detail, and at the same time, combined with the principles of environmental science, think about the impact of the construction of the bridge on the surrounding marine ecosystem. This combination of theoretical knowledge and field observation greatly enhanced the depth and breadth of learning.

收穫總結

Summary



研學最後,學生們對本次研學之旅進行了總結和反思。此次研學之旅,學生們不僅學到了工程技術知識,還涉足了經濟學、環境科學等多個領域。這種跨學科的學習模式,跨學科學習爲學生們搭建了一座連接理論與實踐、現在與未來的橋樑。




他們通過親身體驗和深入思考,不僅加深了對港珠澳大橋這一工程奇蹟的理解,更激發了對科學技術、環境保護、經濟發展等社會問題的濃厚興趣。相信在未來,這種興趣將成爲他們持續學習和探索的動力源泉,推動他們在各自的領域內不斷前行,爲社會的進步和發展貢獻自己的力量。


At the end of the trip, the students summarised and reflected on the trip, they not only learned engineering knowledge, but also involved in economics, environmental science and other fields. 

This interdisciplinary learning mode, interdisciplinary learning for students to build a bridge between theory and practice, the present and the future.

Through personal experience and in-depth thinking, they not only deepened their understanding of the HZM Bridge as an engineering miracle, but also aroused their strong interest in science and technology, environmental protection, economic development and other social issues. We believed that in the future, this interest will become a source of motivation for their continuous learning and exploration, which will drive them to move forward in their respective fields and contribute to the progress and development of the society.
