编者按：爱尔兰是中国在欧洲重要的贸易合作伙伴，在中国商务部对原产于欧盟的进口相关乳制品发起反补贴调查的敏感时期，中爱乳业论坛在上海召开，会议没有提及反补贴调查之事；为了推进中爱两国在农业食品尤其是乳品领域合作关系的进一步发展，爱尔兰农业食品与海事部部长Charlie McConalogue T.D.带领一众爱尔兰农业食品企业中高层代表，提升了会议的规格，和对中国市场的重视；主要涉及的内容是乳制品原料--乳清、乳清蛋白、牛奶蛋白、酪蛋白、奶酪、黄油，奶粉等。

爱尔兰是中国在欧洲重要的贸易合作伙伴，过去三年，爱尔兰乳制品对中国市场的出口表现，充分体现了这一变化。与2019年相比，2023年爱尔兰出口到中国的婴配粉降了24%，出口金额为2.5亿欧元，脱脂粉下降36%，出口金额为2400万欧元。但是，酪蛋白翻了20倍，达3700万欧元；奶油增长了1.4倍，达4100万欧元；黄油出口也总额增长了10%。

论坛伊始，爱尔兰驻上海领事馆总领事莫大维以及爱尔兰农业、食品及海事部部长查理 - 麦克纳罗格进行了开场致辞，为本次论坛拉开了精彩的序幕。随后，爱尔兰的乳品专家和教授们相继发言，详细介绍了爱尔兰乳品的种类、生产过程以及质量控制等方面的情况，让与会者对爱尔兰乳业有了更深入的了解。接着，爱尔兰的优秀乳品企业：Carbery, Dairygild, Clenstal Foods,Kerrydaiey Ireland, Ornua, Tirlan 等企业纷纷上台，对各自的企业项目进行了精彩的介绍，展示了爱尔兰乳业企业的强大实力和独特优势。
爱尔兰是得天独厚的奶牛饲养地区，还是世界上第一个颁布草饲标准的国家
