A school Principal leads the whole school - community, including students, teachers, staff, parents and community partners. They are the liaison between the school and the parents, whilst manage the administration of all work related to students, teachers and staff. The Principal's main focus should be to develop and maintain effective educational programs within his/her school and to promote the improvement of teaching and learning with his/her school. The Principal should strive to create an organization and or climate which fosters student and teacher growth.

Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
2. Extensive teaching experience, preferably within an international or multicultural environment.
3. Proven experience in school leadership or management, particularly in a secondary or international school setting.
4. Knowledge of international curricula (such as IB, IGCSE, or A-Levels).
5.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
7. Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning platforms
Academic Director
Location: Hainan
Responsibilities:
Reporting Line: This position reports directly to the Secondary School Principal.
1. Oversee the management of the secondary school English teaching team, including but not limited to tasks such as curriculum research, instructional assessment, and fostering an immersive English language environment.
2. Teach 8 to 10 English classes for secondary school students.
3. Lead college counseling efforts, and maintain regular communication with students and
parents about their college planning.
4. Build collaborative partnerships with international schools and coordinate student exchange programs.
5. Assist the Secondary School Principal with the management of foreign teachers, including responsibilities such as conducting teacher evaluations, developing the teacher handbook, and overseeing its proper implementation.
6. Support the Secondary School Principal in school recruitment and promotional activities.
7. Carry out other duties as assigned by the Secondary School Principal.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 15 years of education related work experience, about 10 years of experience in teaching management or principal work in international school, those with experience in operating and managing international education institutions overseas.
2. Practical experience with British and American K12 course assessment systems,Familiar with the international education industry and the development
trends of international schools, having an international perspective and an international educational sentiment, with comprehensive and fluent bilingual communication skills.
3. Mature and steady, with high work enthusiasm, good professional ethics, pragmatic work style, and unwavering courage.
4. Familiar with international education related laws, regulations, and policies, and
master the theories of modern education, teaching, and management.
5. Mandarin Chinese level (HSK4 or above will be considered in priority)
Principal
Location:TIanJin
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement academic policies, procedures, and guidelines that are aligned withthe school's mission and objectives.
2. Provide leadership and support to the academic faculty to ensure the effective delivery of the
curriculum.3. Develop and implement programs to support student academic success, including tutoring,study skills, and academic resources.
4. Monitor and evaluate student progress to ensure academic rigor and student achievement.5. Collaborate with the Principal and other school leaders to develop and implement professional
development opportunities for faculty.6. Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and innovation within the academic department andacross the school community.
7. Serve as a member of the school's leadership team, participating in decision-making andstrategic planning.
8. Ensure compliance with local and international education regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
1.A Master's Degree in Education or a related field.
2.A minimum of 5 years of experience in an academic leadership role in an international schoolsetting.
3. Experience with A-Level curriculum development and assessment.
4. Strong organizational and management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
7. Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.
