李四一把fab门口的卫生间门拆了

最近李四一所在的半导体厂二期开始进行机台搬入了，李四一也被领导安排到了新厂进行水电气的安装施工，设备那边提过来最多要求的就是电/CDA/Vacuum,李四一每天忙着和设备/厂商一块会勘，看看他们的要求，和接点位置，每天待在fab里跑东跑西，生活也是充实得很。

和李四一接触得最多的就是做电路气路管道的中电外包了。今天一大早李四一就来到fab准备给厂里的一个设备送电气，今天送的设备比较简单，只有电和两路真空两路CDA加上一路氮气。10点送电，李四一个9.50就过来了，厂商和EE也就位了，就是中电的还没过来，李四一赶紧打电话给他们，一问还没进来呢？说是在老厂那边上厕所，李四一说新厂fab门口不是有吗？

一问才知道，他们用了一块大木板把新厂的厕所门给用螺丝钉起来了。

李四一又打电话给送CDA和氮气的组，也还没进来，再问真空组的，可算是说在穿衣服了。设备等的也有一些不耐烦了，问李四一今天还送不送，李四一只好说让他们再等等。

真空组的过来，把阀门打开，是已经送上了，但是到机台上的压力值不够，李四一问厂商，是不是你们机台端露气了，厂商查看了一下，没有漏气，已经把进机台那一段给折住了，李四一让送真空的检查一下下面快速接头那边有没有漏气，一看才知道真空那段的接头有松动，只好让他们的人重新接一下，不过真空组的人说下午才有空过来接了。

送电和CDA 氮气的人也过来了，量了电的电压为237V,CDA和氮气也正常，李四一下午还得再过来一下，和设备/厂商告别后李四一又去下一台机器了。搞了一天，快到下午四点多了，李四一觉得想方便一下，便赶忙去fab门口，一看才发现厕所门被封起来了，李四一一看是十字螺丝刀的，刚好无尘包里面有，就直接拆了，李四一把木板拆了，就往厕所里冲，上完厕所里四顾一下，又把木板装起来了。

谁知第二天就被开会点名了，说是fab门口的厕所不让用，有人会在里面抽烟。抽烟？李四一说门口保安没宣导吗，打火机不让带进来。

还说有人把木板拆了，领导说是谁我就不说了，再强调一遍，厕所不让用！

李四一想着，还没装监控你也不知道谁拆了啊！

李四一开完会就往fab里面赶了，谁知道一穿上无尘服就想上厕所了，李四一不可能跑老厂去的，拿上螺丝刀，又开始拆厕所木板了，保安让李四一别拆了，李四一不管，拆完就直接进去了，和保安说，领导让我拆的，有事找领导去。上完厕所，李四一舒服了，准备出去，不知道谁把木板又钉起来了，把李四一锁里面了，李四一给了木板两脚，木板就掉了。

在众人惊愕的眼神中，李四一走了出来，往fab里面走了。

第二天开会，李四一又被点名批评了，说厕所不让用，李四一怒了，那拉无尘室里面？

领导说进fab前上厕所不就完了！

李四一说，领导啊领导，你不进fab是不知道吗？走老厂去早拉裤子了。

领导让李四一赶紧闭嘴，不然就走人了。

李四一只好闭嘴了。不让用就不让用呗。

后面厕所装了门，上了锁，彻底用不了了，李四一望着紧闭的厕所门和上面禁止使用的标志，低下了头……

It was delivered, but the pressure value on the machine was not enough. Li Siyi asked the manufacturer if there was air leakage at the end of your machine. The manufacturer checked and found no leakage. The section that entered the machine was folded. Li Siyi asked the vacuum group to check if there was any leakage at the quick connector below. He found that the connector of the vacuum section was loose, so he had to ask them to reconnect it. However, the vacuum group said they would be free to come and connect it in the afternoon. The people who delivered electricity, CDA and nitrogen also came over. The voltage of electricity was 237V, and CDA and nitrogen were also normal. Li Siyi had to come again in the afternoon. After saying goodbye to the equipment/manufacturer, Li Siyi went to the next machine. After working all day, it was almost 4pm.
