著名书画家倪旭前教授应邀在布拉格艺术创作

2024年11月29日上午，中国计量大学党委副书记肖刚教授代表团一行访问布拉格金融管理大学（VŠFS）以及中国计量大学合作共建的布拉格金融管理大学孔子学院。代表团成员包括国际交流合作处处长王鉴棋教授，艺术与传播学院院长、当代著名书画家倪旭前教授，计量测试与仪器学院副院长罗哉教授，科学与技术研究院副院长马正教授以及光学与电子科技学院副院长朱明辉先生。

On the morning of November 29^th, 2024, Professor Xiao Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Jiliang University, led a delegation to  visit the University of Finance and Administration (VŠFS) and the Confucius Institute at VSFS co-built by China Jiliang University. The delegation includes Professor Wang Jianqi, director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Office; Professor Ni Xuqian, dean of College of Arts and Communication and a renowned contemporary painter and calligrapher; Professor Luo Zai, deputy dean of College of Metrology Measurement and Instrument; Professor Ma Zheng, deputy dean of the Institute of Science and Technology; and Mr. Zhu Minghui, deputy dean of College of Optical and Electronic Technology.

布拉格金融管理大学成立于1999年，是捷克首批商业学校之一，2009年获得大学资格认证和金融学博士学位授予权，并于2024年第三次荣获捷克商业超级品牌奖。该校提供英语与捷克语授课的经济、法律、管理等领域课程，拥有23000多名毕业生和3000名在校学生。该校致力于成为知名的高等教育研究机构，不仅为学生提供职业发展服务，还致力于学生人格的健全发展，助力毕业生在竞争激烈的就业市场中脱颖而出。

The University of Finance and Administration, established in 1999, is one of the first business schools in the Czech Republic. It obtained university qualification certification and authorization to grant doctoral degree in Finance in 2009 and was awarded the Czech Business Superbrand Award for the third time in 2024. The university offers courses in economics, law, management, and other fields in both English and Czech, with over 23,000 graduates and 3,000 current students. Dedicated to becoming a renowned institution for higher education and research, the university not only provides career development services for students but also strives for their comprehensive personal development, enabling graduates to stand out in the competitive job market.

布拉格金融管理大学孔子学院于2018年10月16日由原孔子学院总部正式批准设立，中方合作院校为中国计量大学，捷方合作院校即为布拉格金融管理大学。在时任捷克总统泽曼、原孔子学院总部副总干事马箭飞及两校校长的共同见证下，孔子学院于2018年11月6日在上海正式签约，11月21日时任国务院副总理孙春兰在布拉格为孔子学院揭牌。几年来，孔子学院中文学习人数稳步增长，各类文化活动丰富多彩，汉语水平考试吸引了捷克及周边多个国家的学生参加，孔院的知名度和美誉度不断提升。

The Confucius Institute at the University of Finance and Administration was officially approved by the former Confucius Institute Headquarters on October 16, 2018. The Institute is a collaborative effort between China Jiliang University as the Chinese partner and the University of Finance and Administration as the Czech partner. In the presence of the then-President of the Czech Republic, Miloš Zeman, the then-Deputy Director-General of the Confucius Institute Headquarters, Ma Jianfei, and the presidents of both universities, the Confucius Institute Agreement was officially signed in Shanghai on November 6, and then inaugurated by the then Chinese Vice Premier Sun Chunlan on November 21, 2018. Over the past few years, the number of students learning Chinese at the Confucius Institute has steadily increased, and various cultural activities have been rich and diverse. The HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) has attracted students from the Czech Republic and several neighboring countries, continuously enhancing the reputation and popularity of the Confucius Institute.

访问期间，中国计量大学艺术与传播学院院长、当代著名书画家倪旭前教授在孔子学院会议室进行了一系列旨在促进中欧文化碰撞的艺术创作活动：

During the visit, Professor Ni Xuqian, dean of College of Arts and Communication of China Jiliang University and a renowned contemporary painter and calligrapher, conducted a series of profound artistic creation activities at the Confucius Institute.

倪旭前教授在孔子学院挥洒笔墨，大胆创作了书法作品《和》。该作品以儒学讲“仁术”与“以和为贵”的理念为核心，通过古老的大篆体为书写形式，展现出一种庄重而古朴的艺术风格。作品笔力遒劲，结构严谨，既展现了“仁”、“和为贵”的传统思想内涵，又充满了书法特有的艺术形态美感。作品既具传统书法的韵味与美感，又在字里行间传递出和谐、包容的儒家思想，赢得了在场众人的高度赞誉。

Professor Ni Xuqian unleashed his ink and brush at the Confucius Institute, creating the calligraphy work "Harmony". Centered around the Confucian ideals of "benevolence" and "harmony being the most precious," the work employs the ancient seal script style, exhibiting a dignified and archaic artistic flair. Professor Ni's brushstrokes are powerful and precise, with a structure that is both meticulous and balanced, showcasing the traditional charm of benevolence and beauty while imbuing it with artistic form. Not only does the work embody the essence and aesthetics of traditional calligraphy, but it also conveys the Confucian ideals of harmony and inclusiveness between the lines. This creation earned high praise from all those who were present.

Professor Ni Xuqian conducted a unique calligraphy creation at the exchange meeting held at the University of Finance and Administration, incorporating elements of Czech culture. Accompanied by the melodious tune of the song "Vltava," Professor Ni's inspiration flowed freely as he expressed his profound understanding and appreciation of Czech culture through the unique art form of calligraphy. The Vltava River, as the mother river of the Czech Republic, symbolizes the history and spirit of the Czech nation. Using calligraphy as a medium, Professor Ni condensed this rich cultural significance into his brushstrokes, creating a masterpiece that combines artistic beauty with cultural depth. This work not only showcases the unique charm of Chinese calligraphy but also embodies the exchange and fusion of Chinese and Czech cultures.

梅兰竹菊号称“四君子”，自古以来一直是文人书画家表现的重要题材。倪旭前教授还现场挥毫泼墨，创作了一幅写意国画作品《清芳》。图中的兰花姿态优雅，线条流畅，色彩清新淡雅，展现出了兰花高洁、坚韧的品质。倪教授以精湛的笔墨技艺，将兰花的神韵表现得淋漓尽致，作品深受中外朋友的喜爱。

Plum, orchid, bamboo and chrysanthemum, known as the "four gentlemen", have been an important subject for literati, calligraphers and painters since ancient times. Professor Ni once again unleashed his ink and brush to create another eye-catching work - a painting of orchids. The orchids in the painting are depicted with elegant poses, smooth lines, and fresh, subtle colors, embodying the noble and resilient qualities of the flower. With his exquisite brushwork skills, Professor Ni fully captured the essence of the orchids, leaving the audience in awe.

This series of creative activities not only demonstrated Professor Ni's profound artistic achievements but also added a splendid touch to the cultural exchanges between China and the Czech Republic. The teachers and students present experienced the charm of Chinese calligraphy with the music, and burst into warm applause on the spot. Art knows no borders. It is our common wish to deepen art exchanges between the two countries and let the Czech people gain a deeper understanding of the essence and charm of traditional Chinese culture.

艺术创作活动前，孔子学院举行了简短的工作汇报交流会。作为“欧洲的心脏”，布拉格具有独特的地理位置和文化底蕴，会议中特别提到，未来计划邀请中国计量大学艺术与传播学院的师生利用暑假期间不定期前来欧洲参观、写生、学术访问和艺术创作，以此促进中欧文化的深度对话与交流。

Before the artistic creation activity, the Confucius Institute also held a brief work report and exchange meeting. As the "Heart of Europe," Prague boasts a unique geographical location and rich cultural heritage. During the meeting, it was specifically mentioned that there are plans to invite teachers and students from College of Arts and Communication of China Jiliang University to visit Europe during the summer vacation for sightseeing, sketching, academic exchanges, and artistic creation on an irregular basis, in order to promote deep dialogue and exchange between Chinese and European cultures.

Lou Xizhong, Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute, warmly welcomed the delegation from China Jiliang University. Petra Marsalkova, Czech Director of the Confucius Institute gave a brief work report at the meeting and provided a detailed introduction to the development of the Confucius Institute at the University of Finance and Administration over the past few years. She has also expressed her anticipation and confidence in future cooperation.

This visit was not only an exchange of culture and art but also a testament to the friendship between China and the Czech Republic. Petr Budinsky, vice rector of University of Finance and Administration, believes that in the current context, it is essential for non-governmental educational and cultural institutions to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in order to promote the harmony and development of bilateral relations. The Confucius Institute at the University of Finance and Administration will continue to uphold the principle of "promoting cultural exchange and enhancing mutual understanding," contributing even more to the promotion of cultural and humanistic cooperation between China and Europe. This exchange has not only deepened the friendship and cooperation between China Jiliang University and the University of Finance and Administration but also injected new vitality into the promotion of cultural and humanistic cooperation between China and Europe. Both parties look forward to carrying out more forms of exchange and cooperation in the future, jointly making greater contributions to the promotion of friendship and cultural exchange between China and Europe.
