韩娅娟（1980年出生）是中国当代艺术家。她用日本动漫风格画卡通。1980年以后出生的几位中国艺术家被称为卡通一代。他们的卡通主题以不成比例的身体部位为特色。娅娟受到漫画漫画家的作品和kawaii强调可爱的概念的影响。Hello Kitty和Pokemon就是这种风格的例子。一位名叫Victoria Lu的教授首先将这种类型命名为Animatix。Han Yajuan (Chinese, b.1980) is a Contemporary Chinese artist. She paints cartoon renditions using Japanese anime style. Several Chinese artists born after 1980 have been referred to as the Cartoon Generation. Their cartoonish subjects feature disproportionate body parts. Yajuan was influenced by the works of Manga cartoonists and the kawaii concept of emphasizing what is thought to be cute. Hello Kitty and Pokémon are examples of this style. A professor named Victoria Lu first named the genre Animamix.娅娟的艺术以女性为主题，从事悠闲的追求，如购物、玩耍和跳舞。这些作品反映了流行文化中普遍存在的无忧无虑的态度。娅娟于2002年获得北京中国美术学院绘画学士学位。她曾在中国美术学院视觉艺术学院任教多年。2008年，亚娟获得了中国北京中央美术学院油画硕士学位。Yajuan's art features female subjects engaging in leisurely pursuits, such as shopping, playing, and dancing. The pieces reflect the carefree attitudes prevalent in pop culture. Yajuan earned a BA in Painting from Beijing's China Academy of Fine Arts in 2002. She taught for several years at the College of Visual Art at the China Academy of Art. A more recent gallery show was Indulgence and Transcendence at Eli Klein Fine Art in New York. This collection included pieces such as Déjà vu and Splash Bash No. 1. The subjects in the mural paintings wore everything from spacesuits to snorkeling gear. The works were Abstract representations of the new consumer culture in modern China. Yajuan's art was also part of a traveling Animamix exhibition named Animamix Biennial 2009 - 2010. Yajuan's works are found in the collections of Shanghai's China Academy of Art, Italy's Benetton and Unhate Foundation in Travisso, Switzerland's BSI Art Collection, the Jimenez-Colon Collection in Puerto Rico, and Taiwan's UNEEC Collection. Yajuan is represented by several Beijing galleries, including Taikang Space, Ming Art Gallery, Marella Gallery, Eli Klein Fine Art, Chinese Contemporary Gallery, and Beyond Art Space. Yajuan is also represented by the Italian Primo Marella Gallery in Milan and Belgium's Robinsons in Knokke. Robinsons is an important center for Animamix outside of Asia. The artist lives and works in Beijing, China.
