案情通报：
11月30日晚七-八点钟左右，在阿散蒂省库马西BEKWAI地区，我一公民行车途中被停在路边的车辆突然超车，试图拦截实施抢劫，未果；
12月3日白天，从库马西收费站往阿克拉方向，刚出收费站不远，我一公民所乘车辆被停在路边的车辆超车并截停，嫌疑人持枪抢走我公民现金及随身枪支。
两案共同特点都是停在路边的车伺机寻找目标作案。请大家提高警惕，大选期间治安不靖，减少非必要外出。遇紧急情况，首先要保证自身安全。

We wish to inform you that, the final political rallies for the upcoming general elections will be held on December 5, 2024, in Accra, Ghana. These events are expected to draw large crowds and cause significant traffic disruptions in certain areas of Accra.
Key Details:
1. National Democratic Congress (NDC) Rally
Location: Zurak Park, Madina
Time: From 12:00 PM onwards
Affected Areas: Madina, Adenta, Legon, East Legon
2. New Patriotic Party (NPP) Rally
Location: UG Sports Directorate Park, opposite the University of Ghana Sports Stadium, Legon
Time: From 12:00 PM onwards·
Affected Areas: University of Ghana campus, Legon, Achimota, Haatso
Recommendations:
·Plan Ahead: Minimize your movements in and around those areas and plan your movements accordingly.
·Remote Work: Head of Agency to allow staff living around those areas to work remotely to avoid those routes.
·Stay Informed: Keep an eye on traffic as significant traffic disruptions may be expected. Report any security incidents/accidents to the UNDSS SOC in Accra:
