第27屆亞洲影藝聯盟大會（FAPA）在尼泊爾博卡拉雪山腳下開幕
中國攝影通訊社尼泊爾消息：加德滿都時間2023年12月9日，第二十七屆亞洲影藝聯盟（FAPA）大會在尼泊爾博卡拉舉行。來自新加坡、美國、澳大利亞、新西蘭、日本、馬來西亞、香港、臺灣、北京、上海、河南、山東等地的33家代表團百餘名攝影家參加了盛會。
熱情好客的尼泊爾民族歡迎第27屆亞洲影藝聯盟大會（FAPA）的嘉賓到來
大会由第27届亞洲影藝聯盟會長和大會主席華子主持，秘書長林浩然在大會上回顧了亞洲影藝聯盟的發展歷程並介紹了到會的常務理事和會員團體。在本屆大會的常務理會會上選舉了謝良民為新一屆秘書長，他為FAPA未來的發展繪製了一幅藍圖，期待亞盟的明天更加美好 。

本屆大會出現很多新的面孔，特別是中華全國攝影工作者協會、不丹皇家攝影協會、尼泊爾攝影學會以及焦作攝影家協會等團隊的加入和出席，為亞洲影藝聯盟的發展增加了新的活力。

大會上，兩任秘書長為所有到會的團體會員和出席代表團頒授了會旗，現場氣氛異常熱烈。本屆大會把參會嘉賓的攝影代表作印製成絲質展品，在喜馬拉雅腳下進行了獨特形式的攝影展覽。會後，部分與會嘉賓將于12月11日前往不丹王國參加國際和平藝術節系列活動。
27屆FAPA大會上的精彩文藝表演
亞洲影藝聯盟是由臺灣著名攝影家郎靜山，日本著名攝影家春木榮、菊池真一，韓國著名攝影家丁熙燮、金宗陽共同發起，由多個國家(地區)的主要攝影團體共同創立的國際性攝影組織，於1966年11月25日成立。是經國際影藝聯盟(FIAP)認可的世界四大攝影組織之一。已成為亞洲最大的跨國攝影藝術聯誼團體。旨在團結各國攝影藝術家及攝影愛好者，舉行國際、城際間攝影交流活動，以促進攝影藝術的發展。亞洲影藝聯盟大會定於每兩年在亞洲不同國家和地區舉辦一屆。

Asian photography reaches its peak
亞洲影藝 登峰造極
The first conference was held in Taipei in 1966, with Master Long ChinSan as the first president and Zhou Zhigang as the secretary-general. Since then, each country has taken turns to hold a photography exchange conference every two years. It has now expanded to the United States, Australia, Canada, and New York to organize delegations to participate, providing a platform for Asia. The largest transnational photography art association, which has great significance and influence in the promotion of Asian photography art.

2023第二十七屆亞洲影藝聯盟（FAPA）大會系列活動定於2023年12月在尼泊爾和不丹王國舉行
The "27th (FAPA) Nepal Conference 2023" and the "Asian Photographers Entering the Himalayas" series of events are scheduled to be held in Nepal and the Kingdom of Bhutan in December.
“2023第27屆亞洲影藝聯盟（FAPA）尼泊爾大會”和“亞洲攝影家走進喜馬拉雅”系列活動於12月6-15日期間在尼泊爾和不丹王國隆重舉行。
Representatives from various countries should arrive in Kathmandu, Nepal, to gather on December 6, 2023, and depart on December 7 for the venue of the conference, Pokhara at the foot of the Himalayas. Pass by Chitwan National Park to collect scenery. The 27th (FAPA) Nepal Conference 2023 is scheduled to open on December 9 under the Fishtail Peak of the Sacred Mountain in Pokhara.
各國出席代表請於2023年12月6日抵達尼泊尔加德满都集中，12月7日出發前往大會舉辦地，喜馬拉雅山脈脚下的博卡拉。途經奇特旺國家公園採風。2023第27届亞洲影藝聯盟（FAPA）尼泊爾大會定於12月9日在博卡拉神山魚尾峰下開幕。
This FAPA conference welcomes representatives of photographers from all over the world to actively participate. Countries and regions with more than 10 people attending the conference can organize delegations to attend. Representatives can bring their relatives and friends to attend. Those who sign up to attend must acknowledge the FAPA charter, support the resolutions of this conference, be in good health, and submit 3-10 representative works on time, which will be used for publication of albums and production of exhibits after selection. At the same time, FAPA guests can voluntarily attend the Bhutan International Peace Art Festival tour and subsequent in-depth photography tours.
本屆FAPA大會歡迎各國攝影家代表積極參與。如有超過10人參會的國家和地區可組織代表團出席，出席代表可攜帶親友出席。報名出席者須認可FAPA章程、支持本屆大會決議、身體健康並按時提交代表作品3-10張，用於甄選後出版畫冊並製作展品。同時，FAPA嘉賓可自願出席不丹國際和平藝術節巡展活動和後續深度攝影采風行程。
