学生工作职责：
Data Labeling: To identify and categorize smart contract vulnerabilities using predefined risk tags.
Conduct detailed analysis and data categorization of smart contracts.
Research smart contracts and label their vulnerabilities using the Extern platform.
Ensure label quality and accuracy, reflecting on each tag's implications.
Data Validation: Improve dataset reliability by validating the accuracy of data labels.
Review and validate data labels by cross-checking with original sources.
Ensure the integrity of data through critical analysis and collaboration.
Frequency and Correlation Analysis: Analyze data to uncover the most common vulnerabilities and associations between risk tags.
Count and visualize the frequency of risk tags using charts.
Conduct correlation analysis to find significant associations between risk tags.
Risk Profiling and Cluster Analysis: Explore data to discover clusters of smart contracts with similar risk profiles.
Apply machine learning techniques to group smart contracts based on risk tags.
Determine the optimal number of clusters and visualize the results.
Interpret the characteristics of each cluster to identify unique vulnerabilities.
