打电话时问”Who are you ?"
就好像一个壮汉在问“你他丫谁呀？”
非常粗鲁，听了想打人那种
那到底该怎么说？
今天小森为大家整理了一些电话用语
下次接到老外电话可得长点心啦！
首先解释下为啥不能用“who are you”呢？
这句话一般来说有两个意义在里面：
① who's this/it? 你是哪位啊？
🌰举个例子
A:"hello, is Susan there?"
你好，请问苏珊在吗？
B:"yeah, this is Susan speaking. Who's this?"
是的，我就是。你是哪位呀？
② May I ask who is speaking/calling?
我能问一下是谁在说话吗？
🌰举个例子
A:"Hey, is Mrs. Smith available?"
嘿，史密斯夫人有空吗？
B:"May I ask who is calling?"
是谁在说话呀？
此外，如果你在公司接到电话时
一般需要先报上公司名称，再加你自己的名字
this is…speaking. 我是……
最后如果你不确定是不是找你就可以问
“May I help you?” 有什么能帮您的吗？
较口语化的表达：
① "I'm sorry, what was that?"
抱歉，你刚刚说了什么？
② "Can you say that again?"
你能再说一遍吗？
③ "I can barely hear you."
我几乎听不见你说什么。
较正式的表达：
① "Would you mind speaking/Could you please speak a little more loudly/ slowly?"
你介意说大声/慢一点儿吗？
② "Sorry, I can't hear you very well."
抱歉，我不是很能听清你说什么。
非正式用法（用于熟人）
① "Hold on." 稍等一会儿
② "Just a moment." 等一下
正式用法
① Hold the line please, I'll get him/ her.
请稍等，我去叫他
② Could you hold on, please? I'll see if XX is in.
请稍等，我看看XX在不在
要为对方转接，可以说Transfer或Put sb. through
🌰举个例子
"Please hold on. I'll put you through now."
请稍等。我现在为你转线。
当你接听电话后，对方要找的人「不方便接听」
可以用以下这几句话回答
① I'm afraid XX is busy/ occupied/ tied up now.
XX现在比较忙。
② XX isn't available at this time.
XX现在暂时没空。
③ XX can't come to the phone at this time.
XX这会接不了电话。
可不能说 Thank you for your calling？
这样会变成谢谢你的召唤
整个意思都发生了改变
Thank you for you call.
